Who is Vision ::
Vision Business Products is the recognized leader in North America for the distribution of Information Processing and Imaging Supplies and Hardware. Vision is a unique network of over 80 sales and warehouse facilities located throughout the United States and Canada. These locations are both independently owned and company (Vision) owned.

Vision Business Products shares many common goals with our Suppliers and our Members. We are committed to providing:

  • Economies of scale by delivering the product to the end user through our members on an efficient basis, which allows your programs to reach the end-user marketplace quickly and without undue overhead.
  • Member and End User programs through National Accounts and Product Rollouts.
  • Centralized billing and credit.
  • Catalog and Promotional Programs.
  • Electronic Commerce capabilities
  • Conferences and coordinated Sales Training
  • Warehouses and redistributes products available under wholesale contracts.
  • Maintains adequate financial position to take prompt pay discounts offered by Suppliers.
  • Coordinates and administers all Market Development Funds provided by Vision contracts.

As an organization, we work with a limited number of suppliers for each product line so as to not dilute the effort. In addition, we focus on suppliers who are committed to electronic interfaces to reduce the cost of doing business.

Our primary focus is to serve end user accounts in local and regional markets through Vision’s North American Member Network. Each member location maintains local inventory, sales staff, and customer service and support facilities. A typical end user contracts with a Vision Member for a variety of branded products to support desktop needs, network supplies and Data Center requirements such as:

  • Magnetic Media and Backup Storage Supplies & Hardware
  • Network Furniture and Supplies
  • Computer Furniture
  • Laser Consumables and Peripherals
  • High Speed Toner

Vision Business Products’ members in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico sell to commercial end users, state and local governments, and educational markets as value added resellers. They use a combination of 800+ outside Sales Rep, 60 Telemarketers, and various marketing pieces such as catalogs, newsletters, and direct mail pieces to reach over 120,000+ active and 225,000+ prospective end user accounts, with sales in excess of $1.3 Billion.

Vision’s philosophy is to build long-term relationships that benefit our Members, the End User, our Suppliers and Vision Corporate.

Vision works with authorized suppliers, and the benefits you receive as a Vision authorized supplier are numerous. We are your sales force providing directed activities and communication to our locations. Authorized Suppliers are invited to participate in a semi-annual Business Review that focuses on how to grow the business. You receive first choice for product presentation in our printed and electronic catalogs, as well as opportunities to meet with our Product Advisory Group and our Dealer Council. In addition, you will have first choice to participate in our annual sales training meeting (Spring) and our Supplies Conference (Fall), as well as our two main annual promotions and other special marketing programs.
